Did you know by opting in to Allow Refunds on your Event Settings we can automatically handle and issue refund requests with your event goers?
If your event is postponed or cancelled, by opting-in to Allow Refunds, we will be able to issue refunds upon ticket holders' request - meaning you can get back to managing your event and supporting your team and we'll take care of the admin.
You can opt-in to Allow Refunds through following the simple steps below:
1.Go to ‘Edit Details’ in your Event Organiser Profile (circled below in red)
2. Go to the bottom of your Event Info and tick ‘Allow Refunds’ under Settings (circled below in red)
If you would prefer to handle refunds directly, simply leave the box unticked. Individual refunds can be made on your account under "sales & transactions".
3. Hit Save Changes
That’s it! Your account is updated and we will now automatically issue refunds to your event goers upon their request.
