How do I update my Ticket Shop after iOS 14?

Update your FIXR Ticket Shop to improve your Facebook and Instagram advertising after Apple's iOS 14 privacy updates.

Apple released their iOS 14 update which has consequences for Facebook advertisers. Targeting, reporting and optimising of Facebook ads have been affected by this.

Tracking pixel events on your domain (website) using the updated FIXR Ticket Shop, will give you more access to your web conversion event data so you can make data-driven decisions.

How to update your FIXR Ticket Shop

Log into your FIXR account and click 'Integrations'.

Click 'Create Ticket Shop' - if you already have a Ticket Shop and these fields are populated, click on the drop-down next to Advanced.

Scroll down to Analytics and tick the checkbox which says “Track pixel events on my own domain”.

The box is not automatically ticked. Tick the box if you want to update your Ticket Shop and improve your advertising targeting and reporting.

If you do not have a Ticket Shop set up on your website yet, click 'Create Ticketshop' and fill in the details, before following the same process.
