Why does it say the postcode is not valid?

If you get an error message that says your postcode is not valid when you try and buy a ticket, please double-check that the postcode you are entering matches the address your bank card is registered to. For example, if you have moved address recently, you may be entering two different postcodes.

If you think the postcode is correct but are still receiving an invalid message, please check with your bank first or try to buy tickets using another card. Your bank provides our secure payment provider with your postcode, and if it does not match up with the one you supply, the transaction won’t go through.

How do I check the postcode registered to my card?

The postcode linked to your card is the one your bank or card issuer has on file for your billing address. To check it, log in to your online banking or mobile banking app and look for Card Details, Billing Address, or Personal Information.

Why is Apple Pay or Google Pay not working?

Apps like Apple Wallet or Google Wallet can store an outdated or unverified postcode that doesn’t match your bank’s records.

If the postcode you have saved on your wallet app doesn’t match your bank’s records, payments made via Apple/Google Pay may not be able to be verified.

It's important to double-check that all your details on Apple or Google Wallet – including postcode – match the details your bank has on file.
