If you're having problems logging in to your FIXR account, to request a password reset link, click here. Click 'forgot password' and enter your email address. Click 'send link'. An email with a password reset link will be sent. Click 'reset password' on the email or copy and paste the link into your web browser.
If you're using the FIXR app, click 'sign in' top right and click 'forgotten password'. Enter your email address and click 'reset'. Check your email for a reset password email and link. Reset your password, go back to the FIXR app and sign in with your new password.
