Help! I can't find my ticket?

You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket attached shortly after booking. In some cases, this can take up to one hour to arrive. If you can't see the email, please check your spam folder. You can always access your tickets by logging into your FIXR account.

On a web browser, click 'My Account' top right and click 'My Bookings'. Your tickets will be displayed. You can download the tickets as a PDF, transfer tickets (if enabled by the event organiser, this option will show), download the FIXR app or share the event. You can also find the event details here including location and opening and closing time.

If you are using the FIXR App, tap the 'Tickets' icon bottom right and you will see your active and expired tickets.

If you logged in via Facebook and no longer use the email address associated with your Facebook account, you can access your tickets by logging in to your FIXR account.
