If you are unable to transfer your ticket it may be that the event organiser has not allowed transfers for this event, or the ticket transfer limit (three transfers per ticket) has been reached.
If it is less than an hour until the start of the event, or if the event has already started, it is likely that the ticket transfer deadline has passed.
